Position Summary:

As the Finance Manager at AWM, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strategic decision support. You will manage key functions such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting, Data Management, Billing and Collections, Payroll, and overall Financial Management. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial management, demonstrating proficiency in all mentioned responsibilities.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Amazon Seller Board
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience with financial software and tools, including ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and leadership.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely billing and payment processing.
  • Manage the Accounting function, delegating tasks to the accountant for accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Supervise Data Management to ensure accuracy and currency of financial data.
  • Generate timely and precise financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Lead the Billing and Collections function to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment collections.
  • Administer Payroll to guarantee accurate and punctual employee compensation.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the executive team, providing financial analysis and guidance for business decisions.
  • Implement strategies to minimize financial risk and optimize working capital and inventory.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support business planning.
  • Provide leadership to the finance team, offering coaching, training, and development.
  • Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.
