Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in financial management, demonstrating proficiency in all mentioned responsibilities.
- 2+ years of experience working with Amazon Seller Board
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Experience with financial software and tools, including ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and leadership.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely billing and payment processing.
- Manage the Accounting function, delegating tasks to the accountant for accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Supervise Data Management to ensure accuracy and currency of financial data.
- Generate timely and precise financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Lead the Billing and Collections function to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment collections.
- Administer Payroll to guarantee accurate and punctual employee compensation.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the executive team, providing financial analysis and guidance for business decisions.
- Implement strategies to minimize financial risk and optimize working capital and inventory.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting to support business planning.
- Provide leadership to the finance team, offering coaching, training, and development.
- Evaluate and enhance financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.
