We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for vetting, sourcing & managing our suppliers and ensuring that they meet our and Amazon's quality standards and delivery deadlines. You will be the primary point of contact for our suppliers and will work closely with our purchasing, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure that our supply chain is running smoothly.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individuals to help us source profitable products for our clients and streamline our supply chain processes. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for vetting, sourcing & managing our suppliers and ensuring that they meet our and Amazon's quality standards and delivery deadlines. You will be the primary point of contact for our suppliers and will work closely with our purchasing, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure that our supply chain is running smoothly. Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Amazon eCommerce supply chain management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Amazon retail and eCommerce platforms. Familiarity with Amazon's policies and regulations.
  • Experience with product sourcing and supply chain optimization
  • Experience with product life cycle management and inventory management
  • Experience in supplier partnership handling and supplier base expansion in the US
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source new products for our Amazon store, research and analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions about which products to source and how much inventory to carry.
  • Identify and source profitable products from the USA
  • Expand our distribution company’s presence in the US through making top-notch supplier partnerships
  • Conduct research to determine the viability of potential products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and regulations, and stay up-to-date with changes in Amazon's rules and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sourcing activities and communicate with relevant stakeholders about the status of products and orders.
  • Repricing of certain ASINs strategically (in case of sudden price drop or competitors running out of stock), removing items/skus/ASINs that are not selling or are unfulfillable
  • Re-evaluating certain sourcing related frameworks/protocols/SOP’s & SLA’s up on constant research of current trends and seasonal demands

We offer a competitive salary within the specified range, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally to your base salary we offer performance-based bonuses. This compensation model directly ties earnings to the achievement of specific performance metrics agreed upon after contract negotiations with supplier partners.
