Requirements and Experience:

  • Strong Knowledge of Etsy Platform: In-depth understanding of how Etsy operates, including account creation, product listings, and navigating the seller's interface.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist clients and collaborate with the Etsy support team.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Skill in identifying issues and finding prompt and effective solutions to ensure smooth account management.
  • Experience in E-commerce: Understanding of online sales, marketing strategies, and current e-commerce trends to guide clients in optimizing their Etsy presence.
  • Basic Legal Knowledge: Awareness of permits and legal requirements for selling various types of products on Etsy, ensuring compliance.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently manage multiple Etsy accounts, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort with using digital tools and platforms for account management, reporting, and implementing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
