Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic eCommerce Manager to oversee the launch and management of multiple private label supplement brands. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and operational excellence across platforms like Amazon and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in eCommerce strategies, marketing management, and cross-functional team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand and Product Launch Management
    • Oversee end-to-end launch processes for multiple private label supplement brands.
    • Collaborate with product development teams to align product launches with market needs.
    • Ensure coordination with factories for product availability, quality control, and compliance with health regulations.
  2. Platform Strategy & Sales Optimization
    • Develop and execute strategies for TikTok and Amazon to drive product visibility and brand growth.
    • Manage Amazon Seller Central and TikTok Shop accounts, optimizing listings for SEO and sales conversions.
    • Monitor and optimize product performance, ensuring A+ Content, keyword optimization, and successful ad campaigns.
  3. Marketing Team Management
    • Lead and coordinate a marketing team across TikTok, Amazon, and other social platforms.
    • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to build brand awareness and drive sales.
    • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and product listings.
  4. Supply Chain & Factory Communication
    • Serve as the primary contact with factories for production timelines, product specs, and quality control.
    • Manage logistics, inventory, and supply chain for Amazon and TikTok fulfillment.
    • Oversee packaging, labeling, and regulatory compliance specific to the supplement industry.
  5. Customer Support & Experience
    • Lead the customer support team to ensure a seamless experience on TikTok and Amazon.
    • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner while ensuring positive reviews and feedback.
  6. Financial Oversight & Profitability
    • Monitor business performance and profitability across Amazon and TikTok.
    • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial metrics like gross profit margins and customer acquisition costs.
    • Implement cost-saving strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  7. Growth & Scalability
    • Create and execute strategies to scale the business through market expansion and product diversification.
    • Continuously analyze market trends and competitors to refine strategies for growth.
    • Focus on customer retention and brand loyalty through innovative solutions on Amazon and TikTok.
  8. Data Analytics & Reporting
    • Provide regular performance reports on marketing campaigns, sales trends, and customer feedback.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, marketing spend, and improve ROI.
  9. Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with platform-specific advertising and supplement regulations on TikTok and Amazon.
    • Stay updated with regulatory requirements for supplements, including labeling, packaging, and advertising claims.
    • Minimize risk by ensuring adherence to platform policies and regulatory guidelines.
  10. Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with product development, design, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on launches and strategies.
    • Collaborate with legal teams to meet industry standards and certifications in the supplement niche.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in eCommerce management, with a focus on Amazon and TikTok.
  • Proven experience launching and managing brands, especially in the supplement industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and related marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
