Job Description
We are a company running Amazon Wholesale and Private Label stores and we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for checking on our clients' stores, giving financial projections, maintaining a monthly steady sales cycle, and communicating with clients to answer all of their questions. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Tracking and Replenishment Suggestions:
Monitor inventory movements and analyse stock selling pace to identify replenishment needs. Utilise data analysis and demand forecasting to develop replenishment strategies.Ensure cash flow management aligns with available funds for timely stock replenishment.
Funding Support & Working Capital Tracking
Collaborate with the funding team to support clients in obtaining 0% cards for financing. Supervise and oversee the funding process, ensuring clients have access to necessary funds. Maintain awareness of clients’ available funds, timeframes for obtaining funds, and payout dates from marketplaces. Coordinate refunds from vendors/suppliers and initiate chargebacks when necessary.
Cash Flow Management
Maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ financial positions and monitor their liquid funds. Implement strategies to ensure clients always have access to sufficient working capital. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions to explore additional funding opportunities. Proactively identify and address any potential cash flow challenges or bottlenecks.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and trusting relationships. Understand clients’ goals and objectives, providing strategic guidance and support. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet client expectations.
Reporting and Analysis
Generate regular reports on inventory levels, sales performance, and cash flow status. Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide insightful recommendations based on data analysis to drive client growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in managing Amazon Wholesale and Private Label stores
- Expertise with Amazon Seller Central and the Seller platform
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of the online retail industry
- Familiarity with Amazon PPC and advertising campaigns
- Experience with Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and inventory management
- Needs to be able to take calls on the client’s behalf on any Amazon related issued for any basic customer outreach
