Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual Account Health & Compliance Specialist to join our team at AWM. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines to maintain the health and performance of our Amazon seller account. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive reputation and driving revenue growth on the Amazon platform.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in account health and compliance management on the Amazon platform.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the US Amazon marketplace.
- Knowledge of Amazon's Brand Registry and Intellectual Property policies.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and related tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance metrics of our Amazon seller account.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to account health and compliance, such as policy violations, customer complaints, and product quality concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address account-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in Amazon's policies and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding Amazon account health and compliance best practices.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to Amazon account health and compliance.
