Position Overview:

As a TikTok Account Manager / Virtual Assistant, you will be instrumental in managing our client accounts on TikTok Shops, optimizing their presence, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and vendors. Your contributions will be crucial in improving our service delivery, client satisfaction, and overall market performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account and Vendor Management: Manage and optimize TikTok Shop profiles for various clients, liaising with vendors to ensure top performance and compliance with eCommerce standards.
  2. Client Communication and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns regarding account management, performance metrics, and ongoing campaigns.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of TikTok Shops, using data analytics to inform strategies that enhance visibility and sales.
  4. Content Coordination: Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure that product listings and promotional content are aligned with client objectives and TikTok trends.
  5. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and agreements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Additional Tasks May Include:

  • Assisting with the strategic planning of TikTok Shops marketing campaigns based on detailed market analysis.
  • Engaging with new technology and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of TikTok account management.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies.

Salary and Terms:

  • Wage based upon agreement
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Probation Period: 3 weeks, after which performance will be reviewed and a new contract will be sent

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing social commerce platforms, particularly TikTok Shops, with a strong understanding of eCommerce dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in English and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in vendor management, supplier communication & negotiation besides inventory & procurement assistance.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including data analysis software, CRM, and content management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote setting, maintaining high levels of productivity and professionalism.
  • Proficient in using Slack, Monday.com & Notion, and capable of managing supplier databases.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
